Barrow Raiders' unbeaten start to the Betfred League 1 season is over after they lost 40-12 away to Keighley Cougars.
The Raiders had eight wins and one draw from their opening nine games but finally tasted defeat as Keighley got six tries from six different scorers - Aaron Levy, Mo Agoro, Quentin Laulu-Togaga'e, Jack Miller, Charlie Graham, and Brendan Santi all crossed in a superb Cougars display.
Barrow's only try came at the death as Jarrad Stack scored a 78th-minute consolation.
North Wales Crusaders held off a furious second-half fightback to win 34-24 at Hunslet and move above their opponents in the table.
The Crusaders were cruising at the break as tries from Brad Brennan, Gavin Rodden, Tom Johnson and Matt Reid powered them into a 26-0 lead, which grew to 30-0 two minutes after the restart when Rodden crossed again.
But Hunslet looked a different team thereafter, with tries from Jordan Andrade, Vila Halifihi, Lewis Young and Matty Chrimes making it a six-point game with four minutes to play.
However, the Crusaders would have the final say with Patrick Ah Van making sure of the win on the hooter.
Workington Town's fixture against Coventry Bears was postponed due to Covid-19 cases within the Workington camp.
