As part of the continued partnership between the Rugby Football League and the Talented Athlete Scholarship Scheme (TASS), we are pleased to announce that applications for TASS support in the 2020/21 academic year are now open.
To qualify for the TASS scheme players must be;
- Registered on an under or post-graduate course at a Rugby League playing University
- Be contracted to a professional rugby league club (Betfred Super League, Betfred Championship, or Betfred League 1)
- Be part of a Betfred Women’s Super League or Championship Club
- Be eligible to represent the England Universities squad (Men)
- Be part of the England Women’s National programme.
As a TASS athlete you will have access to;
- S&C provision
- Physio provision
- Lifestyle coach
- Medical Screening
- Nutritional support
- Psychology provision
If you believe you are eligible for a TASS place for Rugby League, please send your playing CV to Adam Hughes adam.hughes@rfl.co.uk by Monday 13th August to be considered for the scheme for the upcoming academic year.
