In the 40th minute, the Player and teammate jointly tackle the opponent. There is not sufficient pressure on the neck to merit this being dangerous contact. Further, the arm is across the opponent’s chest as opposed to the neck. It was also noted that there was some pressure also being applied to the Player by his team-mate as part of the tackle.
