Try Tag Rugby Yorkshire and the Bradford Bulls Foundation have announced an exciting new partnership which will see them work together to promote Try Tag Rugby Leagues in Bradford, as well as supporting the Foundation’s extremely valuable work in the community.
As part of the partnership, Try Tag Rugby Yorkshire will be launching a brand-new Bradford South Mixed League on a Thursday night at Lightcliffe Academy from May 6th. This will be in addition to the existing Bradford and Bingley Mixed and Men’s Leagues which run at Beckfoot School in Bingley on a Tuesday evening.
Try Tag Rugby is a form of Rugby League that has changed thousands of people’s lives across the country by making exercise easy, fun and the social highlight of their week.
Carl Duckels, National Licence Manager at Try Tag Rugby, said: “Try Tag Rugby are thrilled to be partnering up with The Bradford Bulls Foundation and to be associated with one of the biggest names in Rugby League.”
“We hope the partnership will not only see more people giving Tag Rugby a try, but that it will also help support the foundation to continue the amazing work it does in the community.”

As well as the fun competitive element, it’s a great way to help you stay fit in a friendly, sociable environment and people of all abilities can take part which is what makes it so accessible. You may even make new friends as well!

The 9-week Bradford & Bingley Mixed and Men’s Early Summer Leagues start on Tuesday 27th April. The 8-week Bradford South Mixed Early Summer League starts the week after on Thursday 6th May. For more information and to register please click here.
Free Tag Rugby Taster Sessions
If you would like to give Tag Rugby a try before committing to a league then Try Tag Rugby Yorkshire, in partnership with The Bradford Bulls Foundation, will be running a number of Free Taster Sessions in April. For more information and to give tag a try please click here.
