- Brad Dwyer (Leigh Leopards) – Grade B Trip - £250 Fine
- George Griffin (Castleford Tigers) – Grade B Dangerous Contact - £250 Fine
- Will Lovell (London Broncos) – Grade B Dangerous Contact - £250 Fine
- Luis Roberts (Leeds Rhinos) - Grade B Dangerous Contact - £250 Fine
