If you have been missing playing Rugby League, are looking to get back active after lockdown, and/or are looking to freshen up your exercise regime, now is a perfect time to GiveTagATry.
Try Tag Rugby’s leagues recently returned to action and are a fun way to exercise outdoors and meet new people.
Games are 40 minutes long, you play one game per league each week and with no training, and it is ideal for those trying to fit exercise into a busy schedule.
Adult (14+) Leagues currently run in London, Bradford, Bristol, Coventry, Leamington Spa, Leeds, Manchester, Oxford, Reading, Wakefield and Wigan.
Most leagues take place on weekday evenings and are seven-a-side mixed (four males and three females) leagues. Men’s and women’s only leagues also take place in London and new for this Autumn in Leeds and Wigan.
Men and women of all abilities, including those who haven’t played Rugby before, are welcome to get involved.
Registration is available as whole teams or as individuals looking to be placed on a team.
