Masters Rugby League’s chosen charity for 2019 is the Rugby League Benevolent Fund. The Benevolent Fund provides support and assistance and guidance in many different ways to those players who had life changing injuries.
This week Masters Chair, Martin Flynn, presented the Benevolent Fund with a cheque for £5000. Masters Vice-Chair, Simon Moat, and Treasurer, Paul Field, were also in attendance as Benevolent Fund Manager, Steve Ball, received the cheque accompanied by Pete Stephenson.
Martin Flynn commented “Masters is having a successful year in 2019 with 50 registered teams and Masters is pleased to continue our support of the Benevolent Fund.”
