
Jumah Sambou of Oldham was found guilty by the independent Operational Rules Tribunal of a Grade E charge of biting in the recent Betfred Championship fixture at Barrow. He was suspended for seven matches, and fined £250 – with 41 penalty points imposed.
Nick Gregson of Widnes Vikings accepted that he was guilty of historical tweets using unacceptable language. He was suspended for eight matches, with five of those matches suspended for two years. A three-match suspension will begin immediately.
