Round 19 of the Betfred Championship kickstarted with a clash between Wakefield Trinity and Sheffield Eagles on Friday night.
Trinity ran in seven tries against their opponents to complete the treble over them this year.
On Saturday, Doncaster produced the shock result of the round with a phenomenal victory over high-flying Toulouse.
It was a closely fought contest throughout, but five minutes from time, Luke Briscoe insanely offloaded to Craig Hall who touched down for the match winner - ending Toulouse's lengthy unbeaten run.
Sunday brought plenty more action. There were try fests over at Bartercard Odsal and the LNER Community Stadium.
Bradford beat Whitehaven comfortably in a ten-try haul, with Jarrod Sammut marking his return with a try, while York also scored ten tries against Dewsbury, including two from the retiring Jimmy Keinhorst who finished his career with a flourish.
It was a crucial win for Batley over Swinton - the Bulldogs racked up a 14-0 lead with two tries from Joe Burton and one from Brandon Moore in the first forty.
The Lions' only try came from Jack Stevens but the hosts immediately hit back through Luke Cooper and Ben White.
Meanwhile, Halifax made it three wins on the spin and continued their resurgence with a confident win over Barrow. Liam Finn's men moved four points away from the relegation zone with this Round 19 victory, never once losing the lead.
Finally, two Championship heavyweights went head-to-head when Widnes welcomed Featherstone to the DCBL Stadium.
Ben Reynolds scored all eight points for the Rovers in a tight affair, as his side maintained sixth spot for another week, and consigned the Vikings to their first loss in four matches.
