The Sportsman will confirm on tonight’s Last Tackle programme that they will provide live and exclusive coverage of Saturday’s Betfred League One eliminator between North Wales Crusaders and Rochdale Hornets – and also of the Promotion decider on Sunday October 2.
Keighley Cougars have already secured the first promotion spot to the Betfred Championship in 2023, and after the elimination of Oldham from the Play-Offs last week, four teams are battling to join them.
Swinton Lions and Doncaster meet in Sunday’s qualifying semi final, with the winners securing the first place in the Promotion Final on October 2 – and also home advantage.
But before that it’s sudden death at the seaside, as Rangi Chase and the Hornets head for Colwyn Bay to take on Anthony Murray’s Crusaders.
