Supporter Info: Betfred Challenge Cup Triple-Header

Kick-off times:

The Women’s Final between Leeds and Saints will kick off at 12:00, with the Men’s Semis of Wigan v Saints at 14:30 and Huddersfield v Hull KR at 17:00. Gates open at 11am and ticket holders can attend as many of the three matches as they like.

Food and beverage:

Food and beverage concessions will be open throughout the full stadium and alcohol will be allowed to be consumed in stadium seats. Please drink responsibly and respect your fellow spectators, stadium staff, match officials and players. 

Billy’s Bar:

Billy’s Bar located in the South Stand will be open throughout the day. Fans will be able to visit the bar but once they’ve entered the stadium, they will not be able to leave, go back to Billy’s Bar and then re-enter the stadium so this venue is purely for a pre-match visit.

Fan Zone:

There will be a 2000-supporter capacity Fan Zone located in the NE Corner of the stadium. Fans will be able to experience the Fan Zone pre-match. In addition, fans can enter the stadium and then leave to access the Fan Zone (following a designated walking route), before re-entering the stadium again to take their seats.

Outside the stadium:

Keep an eye out for REIGN Total Body Energy who will be bringing a monster truck and handing out drinks’ samples. And all three Rugby League World Cup trophies will be available on-site for photo opportunities for fans.

Ticket collections and matchday sales:

Ticket collections and match day sales will be from 10am at the Leeds United West Stand Ticket Office. 

Parking:

For spectators, there are three car parking areas. Car park A, car park B and the park and rides. Altogether there is around 1750 spaces, and these are managed by Leeds City Council. Leeds City Council provide the stewards and deal with these three car parks for the day, with no involvement from the RFL. It is around £6 per ticket to get a space and you pay for this when you drive in. 

Car Park A & B – Either side of Wesley Street to the South, opposite the shop and Bremner Statue.

Park & Ride Sites – To the North and West of the Stadium.

Information on modes of transport, parking, location of car parks and associated post codes and more, is on Leeds United’s website. Any issues on game day will be communicated via social media channels, which clubs should share. 

Leeds City Station is located 2.1 miles away from the stadium. There will be shuttle buses from the train station to the stadium for £3 per person. 

Shuttle bus:

There is a shuttle bus from Sovereign Street in Leeds available on the day and you can access a timetable HERE. It is bus number R2 and fares are Adults £2 Single / £3 Return and Children £1 Single / £1.50 Return.   

No smoking:

Our matchday host, Leeds United, has a strict ‘No Smoking Policy’ including electronic cigarettes and smoking implements, within the concourse and seated areas of the stadium. Designated Smoking Zones have been created around the ground to try and accommodate spectators needs. The Smoking Zones are clearly signposted, and smoking is permitted in these designated Zone throughout the day. 

Flags:

Flags will be permitted at the event. Please behave responsibly and keep any such items that you bring in your possession throughout the day. Flares are strictly not permitted. Flags over 1m2 must have a fire certificate.

When attending the event you must please abide the stadium’s Ground Regulations which are available to view HERE.

Ludo Lounge:

The Nicky Chapman LUDO Lounge is an exclusive facility located in the Northwest Corner of the stadium (Ground Tunnel Entrance) offering a range of refreshments pre- and post-match. Access to this lounge is restricted to disabled supporters and their personal assistants only due to limited capacity. Unfortunately, no additional family members can be admitted. Accessible toilets are operated with radar keys, which are available from designated stewards if required. 

Programmes:

The 68-page programme, priced at £5, is packed with Rugby League reading, including interviews with all six head coaches of the teams involved. These will be available to purchase on the day through various sale points around the ground.
