Wigan Warriors will take on Leeds Rhinos tonight in the first fixture ahead of two rounds of Betfred Super League action over the Bank Holiday weekend.
The Rhinos are in need of a result to bolster their chances of a top six finish and welcome back a host of first team stars for the tie.
The likes of Rhys Martin, Matt Prior, Cameron Smith and Jack Broadbent could all return for the Rhinos, who sit seventh in the current table.
Meanwhile Wigan are reeling from a heavy 26-2 defeat at the hands of rivals St Helens last time out but are boosted by the return of Brad Singleton from suspension, while John Bateman is available after having his one-game suspension overturned.
Wigan have won their last eight competitive home games against Leeds, with the Rhinos' last win at the DW Stadium coming back in September 2013.
On Thursday night, the round continues as Salford Red Devils host Catalans Dragons, Huddersfield Giants are at home to Warrington Wolves and Castleford Tigers make the trip to face Hull FC.
And there's a trip to Hull KR for Wakefield Trinity, while St Helens will be hoping to keep up the pressure on Catalans in top spot as they welcome Leigh Centurions - who won their first Super League game of the season last week - to the Totally Wicked Stadium.
