Catalans Dragons' five former Wigan players were on the winning side in emphatic fashion as they ended the Warriors' unbeaten start to the league season with a comprehensive 48-0 win in Perpignan.
Ex-Warriors Sam Tomkins, Tom Davies, Michael Mcilorum and Gil Dudson all started with Joel Tomkins featuring off the bench as the Dragons entertained the 1,000-strong crowd.
Catalans were 16-0 up by half time thanks to tries from McIlorum and a brace from Sam Tomkins, plus two James Maloney goals.
Wigan rarely offered a threat in response and the home side found another gear in the second 40, bagging a further 32 second half points without reply.
Maloney booted a penalty goal on 48 minutes, in a performance which would end with eight successful conversions goals.
Then a seven-minute spell just before the hour mark all-but ended the contest as Arthur Mourgue went in alongside a quickfire double for Josh Drinkwater.
Mike McMeeken was next to get in on the act with 62 minutes played, before Mathieu Laguerre rounded off the scoring.
There was a late flashpoint as the seconds ticked towards the final hooter as Zak Hardaker and Joel Tomkins clashed. Hardaker was sent off, while Tomkins was sin binned.
