The 2017 Kingstone Press National Conference League Grand Final will be played at Widnes Vikings' Select Security Stadium on Saturday, October 28, 2.15pm kick off.
NCL Premier Division League Leaders, and reigning champions, Siddal sealed their place in the showpiece event after scoring 30 second-half points without reply to down Thatto Heath Crusaders 36-22 in Saturday's semi-final at CWC Park.
They will face Thatto Heath who overcame Wath Brow Hornets 28-12 in the elimination semi-final on Saturday.
The NCL Division 1 promotion play-off final will also take place at the same venue, 12pm kick off.
Normanton Knights secured their spot thanks to a steely 16-9 home win over local rivals Lock Lane two weeks ago, while Milford Marlins edged out York Acorn 25-18 to leave them potentially 80 minutes from the NCL Premier Division.
Entry to the double-header is £5 for adults and £2 for concessions (under 16s & OAPs) throughout the day.
