DISCIPLINARY: Three players banned

The following case was heard this evening by an Independent Operational Rules Tribunal (HHJ Chris Batty, Jon Hamer & Neil Turley):
Ryan Lannon (Salford) pleaded guilty to a Grade D Striking charge in the Super League Super 8s fixture against St Helens on September 22. The player was suspended for three matches and fined £300.
The following players submitted Early Guilty Pleas, with outcomes as follows:
- Jack Hughes (Warrington) – Grade B Punching - 1 match ban
- Lee Jewitt (Hull KR) – Grade B Punching - 1 match ban
- James Cryer (Oxford) – Grade A Disputes decision - No further action
The case for Joel Farrell (Batley) has been adjourned to next week (3rd October).
