The Perpignan team are currently engaged in the Super 8s Qualifers and with no fixture this week because of the Ladbrokes Challenge Cup final, McNamara will take his players to Fort Romeu high in the Pyrenees on Wednesday for a three-day high-altitude camp.
Athletes such as Mo Farah have used the centre, which is 1,850 metres above sea level, to aid their preparation for big events.

Catalans football manager Alex Chan said: "Font Romeu offers high-level facilities and this camp is an opportunity to take the boys out of their habits.
"It's the first camp for Steve and the team since he arrived at the club and he wanted to bring the boys out of Gilbert Brutus.
"This camp will strengthen the cohesion of the group and help the boys to feel refreshed mentally before the next four crucial games."
The Dragons, whose next fixture is away to Halifax on Sunday week, are currently fifth in the Qualifiers table.
