Women’s Challenge Cup
Bradford Bulls lifted the Women’s Challenge Cup after defeating Featherstone Rovers 50-16 in front of over 1,000 fans.
The first half was more balanced than the final score suggests, with both teams testing each other in defence and attack.
Featherstone had the better start and took a 10-4 lead thanks to tries from Brogan Churm and Sarah Dunn.
The Bulls replied strongly with four more first half tries to take a 24-12 lead into the break.
It was all Bradford in the second half. The Bulls ran in five more tries to Featherstone’s one to take the Women’s Challenge Cup back to Bradford.
