The 2017 Yorkshire Masters Festival, supported by Premier Sports, was a celebration of everything good in Rugby League and Masters, in particular.
The lads from Eastmoor had been at the club from 6am setting up to the tents and other event necessities.
As time approached for teams to register, there was a real buzz around the ground.
Players arrived from all over the country: Men of Kent, Londoners, Cumbrians, lads from Cheshire and from Lancashire as well as those from Greater Manchester, Teeside and West, North and East Yorkshire.
The Masters from Warrington, local rivals Crosfields and Rylands even shared a coach for the day!
