
The All Golds are seeking to appoint a full-time Head of Rugby Development.
The successful applicant will be based in Bristol and will have full access to the club’s extensive infrastructure and support network. The brief will be comprehensive and include being responsible for the successful coaching of the club’s and SGS’s male and female teams.
In addition, the overseeing of the club’s schools’ officer will be paramount. The implementation of the extensive schools’ programme spearheaded by the 1908 Cup for the boys and the Golden Fern cup for girls and the primary schools’ festival will be a priority.
All Golds Chief Executive Officer, Joe David, explains: “This is a standard driven role of great significance that will encompass all performance pathways both male and female.
“Adherence to and development of our clear roadmap of ‘Primary to Professional’ are absolute prerequisites.”

The role will operate in unison with the All Golds’ excellent and celebrated educational partners South Gloucestershire and Stroud College Bristol.
