We are working in partnership with The Royal Marines Commando Chef to get players and volunteers together by having fun preparing health nutritional and cost effective food. This is an extension of the new #VirtualRL Club initiative to keep everyone involved and supporting good lifestyle habits with Rugby League.
Mike Beaton CSgt (@CommandoChef) has worked with Rugby League Community Clubs, Professional RL and International teams, and will be producing weekly cookalong sessions with meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
These 'cookalongs' will be available on the Our League app and website, as well as the RFL's Facebook and Twitter channels, as well as ingredient cards so participants can prepare ahead of Thursdays.
