Sport Work Related Learning Coordinator (Midlands Rugby League)

We are a highly successful College offering a wide range of provision from Level 1 to BSc Honours Degree Level. We have new purpose-built facilities allowing us to offer courses based around the latest techniques and equipment required for industry demands. 

We are seeking a highly committed and motivated coordinator to join the Sport Work Related Learning curriculum area, which includes our Elite Sport programmes. This post will oversee the Midlands Rugby League Academy, which includes coaching, delivery and recruitment. Along with this will be the requirement to work with local clubs and schools to help develop RFL in the Midlands and provide a player base to identify talented performers.  You will also develop exit and progression routes for players exiting the academy, including higher education and professional and community level rugby.

Having suitable experience of coaching and developing young RFL players, coupled with experience of working with elite performers, you will continue to develop the academy and RFL in the local area.

This post is fixed term for 2 years.
