Match Preview

Widnes Vikings recall full-back Rhys Hanbury and skipper Joe Mellor while Chris Bridge, Matt Whitley, Tom Olbison and Alex Gerrard are back from injury. However, centre Tom Armstrong misses his first match for the club and hooker Lloyd White and half-back Danny Craven have also joined the injury list.

St Helens have back-row forward Louie McCarthy-Scarsbrook back from injury and Greg Richards is in line to take the place of front rower Luke Douglas, while Kyle Amor is free to continue after being told his dismissal against Wigan Warriors was sufficient punishment.
