2017 marks the 20th anniversary of South London Storm and they've reformed their Masters team in celebration.

The club will link up with newly-formed South London Silverbacks for the season ahead, with the Storm Masters set to play out of Club Langley in Beckenham, home of the Silverbacks.

Leading light is Great Britain Masters 2015 Tourist Chris Ashton (heritage number 98).

Commenting on the relaunch, he said: "These are exciting times for Masters in South London.

"The partnership with the Silverbacks give us a home base. We are really looking forward to welcoming teams."

The ground has a Clubhouse with large changing rooms, hot showers, function room, catering facilities and the all-important bar.

The Storm Masters have an agreement for a happy hour after all Masters fixtures with £2.50 a pint for 2 hours after the game.

South London Storm are looking at playing four fixtures over the summer and are planning a trip to North to take part in one of the festivals.

Their first fixture is planned for Saturday 8th April 2017 against a South East Select XIII. All details of matches and more cne be found by clicking HERE.
