Young people's Rugby League is exciting and competitive with an emphasis on staying and succeeding in the game as a complete player. Community clubs have trained coaches to support a young player's technical skills development, sportsmanship and mental resilence.
Additional opportunities are offered through Embed the Pathway - the talent identification and development process open to all young players.
From this players are identified to progress into the Academy system.
Some young people have an introduction to the sport in school through opportunities including Sky Try or Champion Schools, and then go on to explore playing opportunities in a local community club.
