Match Preview

St Helens will give Super League debuts to full-back Lachlan Coote, centre Kevin Naiqama and forward Joseph Paulo and welcome back England prop Alex Walmsley from an 11-month injury lay-off. Coach Justin Holbrook’s only decision is whether to start with Theo Fages or Danny Richardson at scrum-half.

Wigan, under new head coach Adrian Lam, will give a debut to full-back Zak Hardaker but half-back Jarrod Sammut must wait for his as he starts a two-match suspension. Liam Marshall deputises on the wing for Dominic Manfredi, who is out with a minor knee injury.
