Emily Rudge | England Women all-time cap record holder

Captain Emily Rudge recently became the all-time cap record holder for England Women having now earned 26 caps for her country after appearing in the recent victories over Wales and France!

Rudge debuted for England Women back in the 2008 Rugby League World Cup against Australia and has gone on to become a regular feature on the international stage also playing in the 2013 and 2017 Rugby League World Cups.

The back-rower was named Captain in 2019 ahead of the two-game tour of Papua New Guinea in which she would make headlines becoming the first England Women's player to score four tries in a single game in Goroka before backing up with another score a week later in Port Moresby.

Rudge scored four tries in two victories throughout 2021 against Wales and France and recently surpassed Andrea Dobson's England caps record in this year's mid-season internationals against the same opposition.
