Oldham-based Waterhead Warriors are this week's rugby-league.com Club of the Week, after hosting a remarkable charity game on Sunday.
The day received considerable backing, with star names from across the Rugby League world involved in the friendly match.
Billed as 'Barrie McDermott v Kevin Sinfield', two Waterhead products, the game was played in good spirits, with Lizzie Jones, Linzi Prescott and Lee Briers all amongst the stars who laced up their boots in aid of the Steve Prescott Foundation.
Entry was free of charge, but donations were encouraged to the Foundation on the day.
