A Rugby League player could win the Young Sports Personality of the Year Award

Does a Rugby League player you know deserve the award?

The BBC has begun its search for the Young Sports Personality of the Year 2016 - nominations are now open for the coveted award.

As part of the process, the Youth Sport Trust plays a role both in the collection of nominations and the final panel. The BBC and Youth Sport Trust are inviting nominations for any talented young Rugby League players.

Nominees for the 2016 BBC Young Sports Personality of the Year Award must be aged 16 or under as of January 1, 2016.

The deadline for nominations to be returned is Friday, November 11.
