Cardiff Met were the biggest winners of the round as they thrashed Essex 70-0 away from home to progress to the quarter finals.
St Mary's A also enjoyed a shutout as they eased past Exeter A 28-0 on home turf, as LMJU put 76 points past Bristol in a 76-10 win.
South Wales put in a stirring performance as they overcame Gloucestershire A 46-4, while Bath were big winners at Aberystwyth, 42-16.
Oxford pulled off something of a surprise in beating Northumbria A 24-20, while Sheffield Hallam came away from Leicester with a convincing 40-10 win.
The quarter-finals will be played on Wednesday, March 1:

Sheffield Hallam v Liverpool John Moores
Cardiff Met v St Mary's A
Bath v South Wales
Following these fixtures, the semi-finals will take place on Wednesday, March 8 with the winners moving through into the final which will be played on BUCS Big Wednesday at Bath University on Wednesday, March 22.
