A great week for Sky Try!

#GrowingOurGame

Sky Try is all about helping more children enjoy Rugby League nationwide.

It's a groundbreaking new partnership between the Rugby Football League, Sky and Rugby League Foundations at professional clubs.

With the new season in full swing, here are some highlights of this week's Sky Try action, including a piece of history in Gateshead, and big numbers at Oxford:

The London Rugby League Foundation recently kicked off their Sky Try activity for 2017, and are set to provide Rugby League coaching to 500 children over the next six weeks.

The Saints Community Development Foundation continued their great work in schools...

Castleford Tigers stars Greg Miikin and Andy Lynch will be heading to Garforth Acadamy at 6pm on Friday for a Sky Try session...

Movement skills were top of the agenda for the Hull FC Community Foundation on Tuesday...

In the north east, Newcastle Thunder star Rhys Clark handed out a grand prize of a season ticket to Will, an under 11s player at Gateshead Storm, for his efforts in a session earlier this week.

And there was a little piece of history in Gateshead...

There were also huge numbers at Oxford on Monday afternoon for a session at Thomas Reade Primary School.

A final word for London Skolars who continue to grow our game in their area...
