Nominations are now invited for the position of FOUR club representatives to serve the Kingstone Press National Conference League during the 2018 season.

A job description outlining the position and what it entails for potential applicants with the requisite vision fortitude and commitment required, can be found by clicking HERE.

EACH of the FOUR club representatives appointed to the role following election at the NCL Annual General Meeting on Tuesday 23rd January 2018 will be required to represent a division of the National Conference League and serve for a set period of 12 months up to the next Annual General Meeting when the process of election will again be repeated.

Nominations in writing proposed and seconded by TWO member clubs must be forwarded to league administrator Alan Smith on: alan.smith@rfl.uk.com for receipt by 5pm on Thursday 4th January 2018

The email from clubs for the sole purpose of this exercise should, for example, effectively read as follows:

1) XXXX ARLFC wish to nominate A.N.Other for the position of Club Representative to serve the XXX Division clubs during the 2018 season. XXXX ARLFC intend to second the nomination and accordingly will issue an email to this effect within the timescale allowed for such receipt.

2) XXXX ARLFC wish to second the proposition of XXXX ARLFC to nominate A.N.Other to serve the XXX Division clubs during the 2018 season.

The four existing representatives namely Alfrieda Kindon, Joe Fitzsimmons Mike Denning and Billy Dillon respectively must, if they wish to stand for election against others who are nominated by clubs, find proposers and seconders to indicate the Division they wish to represent.

Once in possession of a full listing of nominations by the closing date of 5pm on Thursday 4th January 2018, the league will then inform all clubs of the respective candidates and the divisions of the National Conference League they wish to represent.

This is an open invitation to encourage potential candidates and provided the criteria for the receipt of nominations is met and received inside the timescale as detailed within the content of this communication, then their candidature will be deemed acceptable for ballot at the AGM to be staged at the Leigh Miners Welfare Sports & Social Club Twist Lane Leigh on Tuesday 23rd January 2018.

At the AGM, the Principal Officers positions will also be voted on. If you wish to stand in one of these roles, please inform Alan Smith on alan.smith@rfl.uk.com before the closing date of 5pm on Thursday 4th January 2018.
